Holy Water is one of the Items available in Paranautical Activity. This item can be a lifesaver, as it will restore any number of hearts to return the player to maximum. If it is picked up while the player is at full health, it will have no effect but still be consumed. If it is picked up while the player has Iron Heart equipped such that he is over his max health, it will actually damage the player, returning him to max health. Thus, it is not always advisable to pick up this item. The name of this item is a reference to Christian Tradition.
